Audiobook:
Every year is the same.
Ramadan always leaves as fast as it comes.
Eid Mubarak to all my fellow Muslims across the globe! May Allah swt accept our fasts, prayers, and duas. Ameen.
…
For every Ramadan that passes, we never know which one will be our last … that’s what’s scary about it.
Although all Ramadans are special, this one is extra special because it is a much different experience for all of us.
Up until this year, there was never a time in the past where I couldn’t go to the mosques for taraweeh prayers.
This is the by far the most (and hopefully the last) weird and non traditional Ramadan I’ve ever experienced.

Even though there was the limitation of going to the mosques during Ramadan, I did not allow that to stop me from chasing my spiritual goals.
I’ve attained beneficial knowledge on my own so I applaud myself for this.
I made a promise to myself that I will put an end towards the sins I’d normally commit before Ramadan 2020 came.
You should make the same promise to yourself. Here’s why:
Ever notice how we’re so much more spiritually inclined during Ramadan? It’s because our days consist of fulfilling our purpose … worshipping Allah!
Yes temptation is real – however, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel that’s not worth sacrificing any TEMPTATION FOR.
The light at the end of the tunnel is J a n n a h ❤️ May Allah swt grant us all jannah, ameen.
I can honestly say that this Ramadan has changed me for the better alhamduliah.
Just because Ramadan 2020 is over, it doesn’t mean that we should leave the great habits we’ve developed within the month.
There’s probably a chance that you didn’t accomplish all of your Ramadan goals (I didn’t). Well I’ll tell ya what, just because Ramadan is over, it doesn’t mean that you still can’t accomplish those goals!
The goal is to essentially become a better person.
We have the potential to be better people every day. Please do not allow yourself to be discouraged. As long as you are trying, you are winning!
You can do this.
Let’s get it.

Kher Mubarak!
I agree so much, you have said it so well that Ramadan teaches us and gives us the goal to be better. When we can do it then, we can do it now too.
I’ve shared my feelings and reflections for this Ramadan too, do have a look at my blog: https://chaosnconfessions.wordpress.com/2020/06/12/ramadan-reflections-2020/
