“Laziness.”

Audiobook:

I’d be lying if I said I never get lazy lol we all have our days.

However, that doesn’t mean that we aren’t capable of stopping it.

Remember, we do have choices.

Laziness can sometimes be associated with procrastination.

Procrastination is a result of bringing in excuses in order to delay the task (s).

Excuses allow us to become less productive.

Less productivity means less growth.

The problem is …

WE SHOULD WANT GROWTH.

Think of the bird as yourself.

If you stay on the tree for too long, something will come and bring you down (the stone).

So what’s that telling you …

It’s a sign. You reading/ listening to this blog is telling you to overcome the laziness. This isn’t a coincidence.

Don’t sit there long enough for that stone to hit you.

Stay on the move. Stay on the grind.

We all have times where we don’t feel like going to the gym or fulfilling an obligation.

But for whenever you don’t feel like doing something, dare to do it anyway.

Self-discipline will make you an unstoppable beast.

Laziness is a battle that all humans endure. The distinction is between those who fight it versus those who tolerate it. Which one are you?

Laziness is easily disguised through excuses from ourselves.

I dare you to fight the urge.

I dare you to invest your time into what helps you develop into the person you aspire to be.

You are capable. You are beyond capable. Fight the laziness.

I truly do believe in you and I pray to Allah swt that you believe in yourself. It all starts from there.

I don’t know if you noticed, but all the self-discovery and open mindedness blogs I’ve been posting since the new year, are solely focused on individually keeping ourselves aligned with our goals.

2020 is OUR year! Awoken By Hadi is claiming it for all of us. Let’s make it a reality.
